対比になっているものを確認して読もう。（ディダケーの命と死の道や、ヨハネの書籍における光と闇の対比を参考に）
Consider the contrasts in the text … (Thinking about the Way of Life and Way of Death in Didake or light and darkness in John’s writings)
1.天のしるしの対比

ギリシア語では「天」と「空」は同じ単語です。
In Greek "sky" and "heaven" are the same word.ヨナが三日間、魚の中にいてから復活したように、イエス様が三日間、墓にいてから復活するなら、裁きがあなたに訪ねるという意味がある。
If Jonah was in a fish for three days and rose again, and Jesus was in the grave for three days and rose again, it means there is a time of judgement coming to you.
2. パンと教理の対比
The Contrasting of Bread with Teaching
イースト菌ではなく、パラサイ派の教え。。。パラサイ派の教えとは何か考えましょう。
Not yeast of bread, but the teachings of the Pharisees....Consider what the teaching of the Pharisees was.また、教えは本当の食べ物（マタイ４：４参考）

What was the teaching of the Pharisees… Sabbath, Korban gifts, tithing dill but withholding mercy, … the point is that the law was a tool for them to attack their enemies, whereas to Jesus the law is a measure for us to apply against our own lives and make us merciful.
3. 一般人と弟子の対比
The contrasting of others and disciples
他人はなんというVSあなたがなんという
Who do they say I am vs. who do you say I am?預言者等のような善人ｖｓキリスト、生きる神様の子
A good man like a prophet or hero vs. the Christ, the son of the living God肉や血ではなく、天におられる父
Not flesh and blood but my Father in heavenシモンｖｓペテロ。。。祈りのちから
And then Simon (reed) vs Peter (rock)… the power of prayer
マタイの福音書にでてくる弟子の模範であるペテロ
Peter the model disciple of Matthew.
4. 神様の考え方と人の考え方の対比
The Contrasting Thoughts of God and Thoughts of Man
神様のような考えではなく、人の考え
Not thinking like God but thinking like man簡単な勝利の話ではなく、一度悲劇を体験する
Not a victory story but a tragedy自分で自分を救うではなく、イエスのために命を捨てる
Not saving your life but losing your life for his sake.この世を手にすることなく、魂の代かは払えない
Not gaining the world for the price of your soul2回目の「この世代」。。。パラサイ派のような邪悪で不貞な世代なのか、弟子たちのようにイエス様の栄光を迎える世代か
Jesus came in judgement and his kingdom is here. … but note it says here about “this generation” … this links us back to the first contrast… will we be the wicked and adulterous generation, or a generation that will welcome the king in glory

このような対比をみて、自分がどこに立っているのかを考えて、祈りたくなります。神様の恵みなくしてはすべての対比の良い側にいる自身が湧くでしょうか。今日も祈って、思い巡らす決断しよう。
So what do we make of this Chapter… it almost cries out to us to make a decision to pray. Without the grace of God, how can we possibly be on the right side of all of these contrasts. Today make a decision to pray and consider
